CHUNNIINDIA is a luxury Indian fashion brand inspired by the cultural and emotional significance of the chunni/dupatta and dedicated to handcrafted textiles, artisanal techniques and thoughtful design.

By visiting, browsing, registering on, using or purchasing through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on the Website, including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Use of Website

You represent and confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

• The information you provide to us is true, accurate, current and complete.

• You will use the Website only for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

• You will not use the Website in a manner that damages, disables, overburdens or interferes with the Website, its systems, its security or another customer's use of the Website.

• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, accounts, servers, databases, code or any other system connected to CHUNNIINDIA.

• You will not use automated tools, bots, data-mining tools, scraping tools or similar methods to access, copy, monitor or extract Website content without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, cancel accounts, restrict services or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, unauthorised resale or unlawful activity.

2. Products and Handcrafted Nature

CHUNNIINDIA products are created with care, often involving hand embroidery, hand finishing, artisanal processes, natural fabrics, hand-dyeing, hand printing, weaving, embellishment or other traditional craft techniques.

Accordingly, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Minor variations in colour, weave, embroidery, motifs, placement, texture, finish, measurements or embellishment may occur.

• Such variations are not defects; they are an inherent feature of handcrafted, artisanal and made-to-order products.

• Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography conditions.

• Product images are intended to provide a close representation of the product, but exact colour, texture and finish cannot be guaranteed through digital viewing alone.

• Certain natural fibres, handwoven textiles and delicate embellishments may display irregularities that are characteristic of the material and craft process.

• Styling items, jewellery, footwear, garments or props shown in product photographs are for visual representation only and are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

• Product dimensions and measurements are approximate and may vary within a reasonable handcrafted tolerance.

Every CHUNNIINDIA piece should be handled with care. Please follow the product-specific care instructions provided on the relevant product page, packaging or care label.

3. Product Availability

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Certain pieces may be:

• Ready to ship.

• Made to order.

• Produced in limited quantities.

• Available only for a limited time.

• Subject to pre-order or production timelines.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it, and submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability. In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, a replacement, a store credit or a refund, as applicable.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit quantities of or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Descriptions and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, measurements, availability, fabrics, craft details and other Website content are accurate and current.

However, we do not warrant that all content on the Website will always be complete, error-free, current or uninterrupted. If a product received by you is materially different from its description due to an error attributable to us, your rights will be addressed in accordance with our applicable Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable law.

CHUNNIINDIA reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information, including product descriptions, prices, offers, availability and shipping information, at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices on the Website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

• The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

• Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as expressly stated at checkout or on the product page.

• Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged in accordance with applicable law.

• Delivery charges, packaging charges, insurance charges, international shipping charges, customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, may be added at checkout or communicated separately.

• Promotional codes, coupons and offers are subject to their specific conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing, listing, inventory or promotional error.

If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we may contact you with the corrected price. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order and receive a refund for any eligible amount paid.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms.

An order confirmation email, payment acknowledgement or order number only confirms that we have received your order request; it does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Your order is accepted only when CHUNNIINDIA confirms dispatch of the product or otherwise communicates acceptance to you.

We may refuse, cancel or limit an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability.

• Incorrect pricing, product description or inventory information.

• Payment authorisation failure.

• Suspected fraud, unauthorised activity or resale.

• Incomplete, incorrect or unverifiable customer information.

• Orders exceeding reasonable quantity limits.

• Delivery limitations or serviceability issues.

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, we will process a refund in accordance with our applicable refund process and the payment method used, subject to any legal or operational limitations.

7. Made-to-Order and Custom Orders

Certain CHUNNIINDIA products may be made to order, personalised, customised, altered, specially sourced or created after an order is placed.

For such products:

• Production timelines shown on the product page are estimates and may vary due to craftsmanship, artisan availability, material availability, quality checks, festive periods, weather conditions, logistics disruptions or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

• A made-to-order or custom order enters production after confirmation and may not be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged or refunded once work has begun, except where required under applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

• Any request for changes to colour, dimensions, embroidery, finishing, delivery date or other specifications is subject to our written acceptance and may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

• We reserve the right to decline customisation requests that are not technically feasible, do not align with our quality standards, or cannot be completed within the requested timeframe.

• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Please review your order carefully before making payment. By placing a made-to-order or custom order, you confirm your understanding of the production process and applicable cancellation, return and exchange restrictions.

8. Payments

We may offer payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, payment gateways, bank transfers or other methods made available at checkout.

By submitting payment details, you represent that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

• The payment information provided is accurate and complete.

• You authorise the relevant payment provider to charge the applicable order amount, including taxes, shipping charges and any disclosed fees.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. CHUNNIINDIA does not generally store complete card or banking information. Your use of third-party payment services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for payment failures, delays, unauthorised payments, technical issues or security incidents attributable to your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway or other third-party payment service, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, dispatch and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

• Dispatch timelines for ready-to-ship and made-to-order products may differ.

• Orders may be delivered in more than one shipment where products have different production timelines or are dispatched from different locations.

• Delivery may be delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, festive periods, force majeure events, remote-location serviceability or customs clearance.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, telephone number and email address.

• CHUNNIINDIA is not responsible for delay, loss or non-delivery resulting from an inaccurate/incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery or customer unavailability.

• Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the address provided by you, subject to applicable law.

• For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any local charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with or incomplete, please record an unboxing video where possible and contact us immediately at karigar@chunniindia.com with your order number and supporting photographs or videos.

10. Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Products that are made to order, customised, personalised, altered, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, without original tags, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund.

• Sale, discounted, promotional, gift-card, bespoke, custom-made and international-order items may be final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange, subject to the specific policy displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

• A product is not considered defective merely because of expected handcrafted variations, minor shade differences caused by screen settings, natural textile irregularities or characteristics clearly disclosed on the product page.

• Any claim for a damaged, incorrect or materially defective item must be raised within [24/48 hours] of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.

• Eligibility for a refund, replacement, repair, exchange or store credit will be assessed in accordance with the applicable policy and the condition of the returned product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

11. Customer Accounts

You may have the option to create a customer account on the Website.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Restricting access to your device and account.

• Providing accurate and current account information.

• Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised account access or security breach.

You must not create an account using another person's identity or provide false information. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to the CHUNNIINDIA name, logo, trade dress, product names, text, photographs, product imagery, videos, graphics, illustrations, designs, motifs, patterns, artwork, website layout, compilation, software, audio, visual assets and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CHUNNIINDIA and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license or exploit any Website content.

• Use CHUNNIINDIA's name, logo, product images, designs or content in connection with any commercial activity.

• Use our trademarks, brand identity or imagery in a manner that suggests an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by CHUNNIINDIA.

• Remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

• Create derivative works based on our Website content, products, designs or imagery.

• Use our product imagery, names or product descriptions to list, market or sell products on third-party marketplaces or social-media platforms.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

13. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, feedback, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, social-media tags, messages or any other content to CHUNNIINDIA (“User Content”), you represent that:

• You own the content or have all required permissions to share it.

• The content is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.

• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, misleading, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate.

• The content does not contain malicious code, spam, advertising or unauthorised commercial solicitations.

By submitting User Content, you grant CHUNNIINDIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute and promote that User Content in connection with our business, Website, social-media channels, advertising, editorial materials and other marketing communications, subject to applicable law.

If you would like us to stop using a specific piece of User Content, please contact us at karigar@chunniindia.com. We will consider reasonable requests, although we may not be able to remove content already printed, distributed, published by third parties or incorporated into completed campaigns.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

• Interfere with Website security, functionality, servers or networks.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code or any material intended to disrupt the Website.

• Impersonate CHUNNIINDIA, a CHUNNIINDIA representative or another customer.

• Submit false orders, fraudulent payment details or misleading information.

• Use the Website to send spam, unsolicited promotional materials or harmful content.

• Infringe CHUNNIINDIA's or any third party's intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

• Harass, threaten or abuse our employees, artisans, customer-care team, delivery partners or other users.

• Resell CHUNNIINDIA products for commercial purposes without our prior written authorisation.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable and carefully curated Website, we do not guarantee that:

• The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

• Website content will always be accurate, complete or current.

• The Website will be compatible with every device, browser or operating system.

• Any errors or defects will always be corrected immediately.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHUNNIINDIA, its owners, employees, representatives, suppliers, artisans, service providers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from or related to:

• Use of, or inability to use, the Website.

• Reliance on Website content.

• Delays or disruption in Website access, payment processing, shipping or delivery.

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your information.

• Third-party websites, payment gateways, courier partners or other service providers.

• Any product variation reasonably associated with handcrafted or artisanal production.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, CHUNNIINDIA's aggregate liability in relation to a claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to that claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CHUNNIINDIA, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, artisans, suppliers and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Website.

• Your breach of these Terms.

• Your violation of applicable law.

• Your infringement of a third party's rights.

• Any User Content submitted by you.

18. Force Majeure

CHUNNIINDIA will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil unrest, strike, lockout, shortage of materials, artisan unavailability, courier disruptions, transport disruption, government action, internet or power failure, cyber incident or other force majeure event.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and fulfil orders as soon as practicable.
